We Believe the best results for increased health benefits from massage come from either a 2 week rotation or a 4 week rotation. Most of my clients do 4 week rotation. But you can even get a benefit of coming once a year , even if you do live in Townsville, like my client here.

Some clients are young and some clients are old. Some clients are super athletic and regularly work out , like my client here. It doesn't really matter .
Massage is helpful for most people , helping to loosen tight spots and help the brain relax.

Some clients are really hard workers and sometimes they can get really bad headaches. Massage is Not 100% guaranteed to help , but massage can sometimes be effective in helping with the reduction in migraines by massaging the rotation muscles of the neck (two muscles in particular) and the base of the skull called the occipital ridge where all these other muscles attach.

Probably the most stiffness comes from tight neck and shoulders and a stiff back. That's why it's really good , if you can increase blood flow there and loosen up the whole area to try to get that back , neck and shoulders feeling a little less stiff, and if the client feels more relaxed at the end of the session , well that's good too ,
